Fantasy Star-Ball Planet

There is a fantasy planet in the universe that is veiled in vibrant colors. The universe is abuzz with legends of the fantasy planet. However, no one has ever set foot on the planet, people only know that it looks like a bunch of meatballs, hence the name “Ball Planet.”

The Adventures of Pig Lily Star

Being a curious individual, Uncle Jump decides to reveal the mystery of the Ball Planet and embarks on a series of adventures. First, he arrives at Juliet Star and when the friendly piglets learn that Uncle Jump is looking for the Ball Planet, three of them volunteered to assist him.

Cuttlefish Princess's Help

On the second stop, they arrive at a teardrop-shaped planet inhabited by laid-back sea creatures and everyone calls it the Blue Lazy Planet. When the wise Squid Princess knew that Uncle Jump is a renowned meatball expert, she merrily invites them to taste the exclusive “Blue Lazy Balls,” a specialty of the Blue Lazy Planet. The fresh, chewy meatballs replenished the energy of Uncle Jump and his entourage!

Rocket crash lands on Sunflower Star

With the Squid Princess’s guidance and feeling reinvigorated, Uncle Jump and his companions felt utterly confident about finding the Ball Planet!

When they are dancing with joy, the rocket’s screeching Beeping noise dampens everyone’s mood. As it turns out, the rocket is out of fuel! Feeling anxious, they decided to crash land on a lettuce-like Vegetable Planet.

Refuel

After the rocket successfully lands, the sound of their laughter attracts Mr. Mushroom, who kindly refueled and cleaned their rocket after he becomes aware that they have run out of fuel. Having been blessed by many people’s assistance, Uncle Jump decided to use ingredients on the Vegetable Planet to whip up a meatball feast for Mr. Mushroom. While Uncle Jump is cooking, the three piglets helped prepare the ingredients for him.

After bidding farewell to the Vegetable Planet, they soon arrived at the legendary Ball Planet, a breathtakingly beautiful planet surrounded by stardust! Since the environmental conditions on the Ball Planet such as temperature and humidity are conducive for making meatballs, coupled with the inspiration obtained from various planets along the journey, they decided to stay here to develop a plethora of meatballs. Now, Uncle Jump and the piglets are happily making meatballs with diverse flavors on the Ball Planet every day!

Guided tour services

We provide guided tour services for groups of more than 15 people via advanced booking only. We recommend booking five days in advance to avoid disappointment.

(We reserve the right to accept or decline the guided tour application and the arrangements will be made based on the group’s conditions of the day. Apologies for the inconvenience)

For groups with less than 15 people that require the guided tour service, please call five days in advance to make inquiries with Ball Planet.

Change or cancel your booking

If you need to change your itinerary, please notify us three days in advance to rearrange the guided tour.

If visitors or groups who have booked a guided tour are late for more than 15 minutes without notifying us in advance, we reserve the right to cancel the guided tour service.

In case of force majeure including announcements by government departments that the region where the Ball Planet is located is closed for work, we will be closed for one day. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Visitor etiquette

Eating and drinking are prohibited in the cultural exhibition area on the 2F.

Smoking and outside food is prohibited in all areas.
No pets are allowed in all areas and we do not provide kennel service (guide dogs may accompany visitors, but no kennel service is available).

DIY activities

Let us play and learn together through DIY activities to understand that meatballs are not just a hot pot ingredient, they can offer diverse applications!

Booking information

We suggest booking in advance to make sure that you can choose the time and course that are most suited to you!

To ensure the quality of the DIY courses, a limited number of participants will be allowed in every session. Individual or group visitors must remit the DIY course fee after booking and our staff will contact you if your booking is successful.

Tickets may also be used to redeem DIY courses.

If group visitors intend to experience DIY activities, please call the Ball Planet for assistance.

Courses available during long weekends and special holidays are subject to on-site conditions, please consult the information desk in advance.

DIY experiences are subject to on-site availability, thank you for your cooperation.

Cancel bookings

To cancel group bookings, please observe the following rules:

1.Cancellations seven days before the start date of the course (or earlier) may be given a choice of either postponing the course or receiving a refund. Those who choose to get a refund will receive a 50% refund of their registration fee. Those who opt to postpone the course may be permitted to do so once and a postponed course may not be canceled and cancellations will not be given any refund. However, they may redeem it for one-off shopping in the shop within 30 days of the start date of the class, but no change or cash will be given.

2.Those who cancel their registration six to two days before the start of the class with Ball Planet will not receive a refund of their registration fee. However, they may elect to either postpone the course or not and the registration fee may be used to redeem a one-off purchase in the shop within 30 days of the start of the course, but no change or cash will be given.

3.Those who cancel their registration on the day of the course or one day before the start of the course with Ball Planet will not be entitled to any refund, course postponement or redemption.

To cancel individual bookings, please observe the following rules:
